Originario de la regi\u00f3n de Mayenne, siempre me ha apasionado la gen\u00e9tica, una pasi\u00f3n transmitida por mis padres, que criaban normandos y cerdos. Soy ingeniero agr\u00f3nomo de formaci\u00f3n, especializado en
gen\u00e9tica. Atra\u00edda por las lenguas extranjeras, hab\u00eda hecho todas mis pr\u00e1cticas y periodos de estudio en el extranjero (Sud\u00e1frica, Austria, Espa\u00f1a, Ecuador…). Empec\u00e9 en el mundo laboral en 2009 con unas pr\u00e1cticas VIE.

Durante casi 10 a\u00f1os fui responsable de una zona de exportaci\u00f3n donde desarroll\u00e9 todas nuestras razas bovinas y caprinas en varios pa\u00edses: Brasil, Ecuador, Per\u00fa, Vietnam, Tailandia, Portugal, Belenux y poco a poco me fui haciendo cargo de m\u00e1s pa\u00edses cercanos para conciliar la vida laboral y familiar: Reino Unido, Irlanda, Alemania, Suiza, Austria, Escandinavia. Soy un apasionado de las razas lecheras mixtas y, en particular, de su rusticidad, por lo que obviamente siento una gran predilecci\u00f3n por la Tarine.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Estoy muy contenta con la cartera de razas de las que me ocupo y con este nuevo puesto. Ya me ocup\u00e9 de las razas Tarentaise y Abondance hace unos a\u00f1os y estoy encantada de poder trabajar para desarrollar a\u00fan m\u00e1s estas razas en los mercados de exportaci\u00f3n, donde tienen un potencial de crecimiento innegable.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Hoy en d\u00eda, nuestras razas de monta\u00f1a merecen ser a\u00fan m\u00e1s conocidas. Desde hace mucho tiempo, se ha realizado un gran trabajo para desarrollar estas razas en varios pa\u00edses, y existen varias asociaciones de la raza Tarentaise: en T\u00fanez, Albania, Estados Unidos, Canad\u00e1, etc., donde la Tarentaise est\u00e1 presente desde el siglo pasado, y unidas en una federaci\u00f3n mundial de la raza desde 1992.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Recuerdo que en 2015 visit\u00e9 una granja en Ecuador con nuestro distribuidor Marcelo, muy activo en la promoci\u00f3n de nuestras razas resistentes. El ganadero hab\u00eda probado varias razas para encontrar la que mejor se adaptara a sus dif\u00edciles condiciones a 4.000 m de altitud. Seg\u00fan \u00e9l, s\u00f3lo la Tarine, con diferencia, (seguida de la Abondance) no se vio afectada en absoluto por la altitud, \u00a1y mantuvo su producci\u00f3n lechera!<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

En Albania, la tarentaise tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 presente desde hace mucho tiempo en este pa\u00eds monta\u00f1oso al 75%. Produce tanto leche como carne mediante cruces con razas locales como la Baladi en Egipto y la N’Dama en Senegal, y proporciona un medio de vida a las poblaciones locales de la India, Burkina Faso, Georgia, Mongolia, M\u00e9xico, etc. Todas las pruebas procedentes de todo el mundo demuestran que la Tarine es excepcionalmente resistente a los par\u00e1sitos, las enfermedades, los insectos, etc. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Las normativas nacionales administrativas, t\u00e9cnicas y sanitarias de importaci\u00f3n a menudo nos dificultan la exportaci\u00f3n, pero 2016, por ejemplo, fue un a\u00f1o r\u00e9cord, con m\u00e1s de 12.000 dosis exportadas. \u00a1M\u00e1s de 30 pa\u00edses ya han importado semen de Tarine; el potencial est\u00e1 ah\u00ed, estamos llenos de optimismo y tenemos un gran margen de progreso con el equipo de 7 responsables de zona para ayudar al mayor n\u00famero posible de ganaderos de todo el mundo a beneficiarse de las ventajas y el inter\u00e9s econ\u00f3mico de nuestra hermosa Tarine!<\/span>
