Missions

Working on our Blonde d’Aquitaine beef cattle farm (700 animals) in the South West of France and reporting to the Site Manager, you will join the existing team and take part in the following tasks:

  1. participate in animal-related tasks (handling,
    monitoring, care, calving),
  2. carry out mechanized work (mulching, cleaning, etc.),
  3. perform basic maintenance and make adjustments to equipment,
    installations and tools, and ensure their proper
    use,
  4. report any anomalies.

More generally, you will take part in all the activities
inherent in a mixed farming operation.

Profile

Agricultural training (BEPA, Bac Pro, BTS Productions Animales, etc.) preferred.
Experience in handling cattle preferred.
Good teamwork skills, organizational skills and self-sufficiency.
Real motivation for varied work on a mixed farm.
B driving license required.

Contract

6-month full-time fixed-term contract, to be filled as soon as possible to replace a sick employee.
On-call duty: weekends, public holidays, nights.
