Seed Production

AURIVA breeds over 280 bulls of dairy and suckling breeds. Bulls are collected at our 2 seed production units: the Nauzes site in Soual (81) and the Brindas site (69).

Every year Auriva produces
2.5 million high-quality doses, meeting the highest standards.

Quality controls are carried out throughout the manufacturing process to offer our local, national and international customers an impeccable product.
From the breeding farm to the seed production center, all bulls are subject to health checks by the Laboratoire National de Contrôle des Reproducteurs.

Regulatory controls :

Regulatory controls :

From collection to freezing of doses for artificial insemination

The production of doses for Artificial Insemination is the fruit of the collective work of our heifers and laboratory technicians, and follows a rigorous protocol.

Beyond this protocol, it’s also the care and attention paid to the health and well-being of the bulls (ventilation or air-conditioning, trimming, osteopath…) within our facilities that enables us to deliver high quality semen.
