Missions
Reporting to the Sales Department, you will join the team at
and take part in monitoring customers and their orders, as well as suppliers, in collaboration with the Logistics Department, the Sales Manager and the Sales Department
.
You will be responsible for the following tasks in particular:
– welcome customers and inform them about prices, product availability and delivery times,
– record customer orders and transmit the corresponding delivery preparation data to the Logistics Department
– transmit information to the administrative and financial department for invoicing
– manage disputes concerning orders and deliveries in liaison with the Logistics Department
– manage orders with dose suppliers and record receipts
– answer the sales department’s telephone and manage mail.
Profile
Bac +2 training.
Excellent teamwork skills, organizational skills, rigor, method, autonomy and initiative.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Good command of office automation tools.
Knowledge of the agricultural sector would be appreciated.
Contract
Open-ended contract to be filled as soon as possible.
Full time.
36 H / 4.5 days + 5 RTT / year
