Missions
As part of a 4-person R&D team, you will serve as a design engineer, managing, monitoring, and leading a wide range of R&D projects
– Collaborate with various company departments to generate innovative ideas that provide solutions for today’s and tomorrow’s livestock farmers.
– Monitor industry trends and contribute to the division’s collective efforts.
– Facilitate working groups and meetings.
– Analyze data and statistics.
– Preparation of summary documents and presentations.
– Launching new projects (responding to calls for proposals, project structuring).
– Occasional field trips (phenotyping on farms, field surveys, etc.)
Profile
Agricultural engineer specializing in animal production, preferably with some initial industry experience.
Strong interest in cattle farming and genetics.
Good interpersonal skills; interest in teamwork. Curiosity, independence, and ability to take initiative.
Interest in data analysis
Strong writing skills.
Business-level English
Class B driver’s license
